The product provides the connectors I need and works as expected. I love that I can use it to charge my phone and connect a monitor. I've read that some USB-C docking stations can't wake up a sleeping computer (if you only have wired keyboards/mice) or sleeping monitors, but this one works for me. Not sure what it's made of - it's lightweight, feels sturdy, and the connectors fit snugly. If I could change anything about this product, I would add a few more USB-C ports. Although I don't need them now, I see that eventually I will need them. Great product - highly recommend.
