I like that it's easy to find specific information. It's not expensive nor does it take a long time to get the right info you need. There are several options for searching so if there are certain things you don't understand or want to learn more about, you can always use those search tools. Nothing really. It works well as far as finding what you need goes. I have used other companies' versions of this program but this one has been easier to use and find info quicker. We use it for our payroll and HR departments.
