Lightens slightly
It's okay I've noticed a little difference and I like this toothpaste more than the other brand, but this toothpaste is so thick I throw up almost every time I brush. Oh and the bristles will come out in about 6 weeks, I almost choked on one! Probably because the instructions say not to put water in the brush, just toothpaste so it has a stronger effect on the brush.
