The Worst Policies I've Ever Seen From Any Online Shopping Platform

Seriously, I think this platform needs to work on it's policies, especially the return and exchange policy. There is no specific timeframe for an eligible return to be accepted which somehow smells fishy to me, and the platform now gives so much undesirable conditions on returns.

To me, I believe these conditions are not given with the interest of users at heart. This is why I said that, take for example, there is no where in the policy where the company specified the exact criteria that will determine if a product is eligible for return and maybe refunds or not. All it keeps talking about is that they will accept returns if there is any relevant law that requires them to do so.

Another example is the shipping policy. There are several charges placed on shipments despite not shipping internationally.

The delivery of orders might take up to 14days within a country, which is the worst I have even seen. And the company even claims not be responsible for any late or lost shipments.

I have never come across conditions like this. The worst ever
