Useful device good for me
My wife does a lot of physical work and has problems with her hands. Working with these relieves her pain and stiffness. I’ve tried them too and like them. The large size and hardest resistance is the way to go; the more open one’s hand is when squeezing, the better for relieving pain and building strength. Good product and very fast service.
