The product has been working for about a month (grace period for returns). My daughter was so excited! She doesn't like to complain, so I don't know exactly when things went wrong. I went into her room last week and saw the following (photo attached). I tried to exchange the item because my daughter really liked it but they said it was too late. The moon is not visible at all. Now it looks like a giant spotlight.
