Review on Wherefour by Alex Pollard

I am part of the team at where four which is on premise software implementation.The easy UI has helped new employees pick up quickly with this tool. The product as such works well but lack some features that can be developed by implementing add-ons (or) even natively using other S3/S4 platforms like MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite etc. 1). On Premise - we have implemented it all here so far & there should not really any issues2). Implementation side was also smooth process though learning curve took more time than expected. But nothing major there yet. Some enhancements required on existing product itself i guess would take longer then desired due to licensing model. Also need helpdesk support for questions related only to how can one use particular function when they are stuck somewhere while working? I like that you can pull up a lot of different reports that help you see trends and get insight into what's going on in your business. The interface is not as user friendly as it could be. It takes some learning how to navigate but once you figure it out its easy enough to use. We have been able to track our production and make better decisions about our product mix.
