There was a problem with the HRM I bought over a year ago. I contacted support and they said that the problem is most likely the battery or the strap. I've changed the batteries a couple of times and I knew the batteries were good so I ordered a strap and it worked. These guys went one step further and sent me new batteries even though the original order was over a year old. They also told me that the straps (all the chest straps) would only last about a year, who would have thought? I've ridden for 35 years and replaced a dozen HRMs because I thought everything was bad - I never thought belts had a relatively short lifespan. Conclusion - I recommend this manufacturer for both the product and their support.
