We mostly like this product. What we don't like is that it's a bit delayed. When I tested it, it beeped with a delay, vibrated, and didn't "click" even when I was right over the cable. I'm not sure if it's just because of the settings I have or not. If I stood up very slowly, he would walk away, but would pass quickly. Nada. Our puppy is very shy and was scared when my husband brought bins. She ordered it and crossed the line. We thought we lost her forever. Luckily we found her. Unfortunately, the product did not work as hoped. We also noticed that when we were inside our house, the collar would beep and vibrate randomly. Even without being near the cable. We blamed them and it's still happening. Not sure if just the collar is defective or what.
