This case is compatible with GoPro Hero4, however, there are some things not mentioned in the description. provided the Hero3 and Hero3+ backdoors are working). In order to fully protect the back of this case, you need to purchase special back doors for this case. Second, if you buy this case, you can't use the battery/touchscreen backpack unless you buy or already have other backdoors. Overall, I'm less than impressed with the case on first inspection, but will update my review after using it for a while. If you have a GoPro Hero4, don't buy this case! I would buy a smaller frame housing from GoPro. Update: I have since returned this case and purchased a GoPro Hero 3+ frame case. This is better for me as the backdoors that came with my GoPro Hero 4 fit. I know I use a wireframe body more often (it's great for long time-lapses) because I haven't used it for shooting underwater or in extreme conditions. I highly recommend the Hero 3+ frame case.
