Used less than 2 months and had to change batteries several times. We rarely use the illuminated function. When I entered the bathroom today, I noticed the 10x mirror had come loose and was falling to the floor; Glass is everywhere. After cleaning up the mess, I tried swapping out the mirrored "shell" to cover the batteries. That's when I noticed that the fit is very loose and doesn't snap in properly. Single problem or bad design? However, the battery problem is a more serious problem. IMHO I wasted $35 on this product.
