This is my first time buying these halogen bulbs but I'm afraid I've already made a mistake. I installed four lamps in a large closet for my wife. I put two of the six new bulbs that arrived this week in these bulbs. I turned on the power. All four headlights worked. Then I turned them off and asked my wife to turn on the light. Only three came on - two of the halogen bulbs we already had and one of the new ones we got this week. Ouch!. I ran to the attic to check my wiring first. I thought it couldn't be a new bulb. But after checking the wiring, I replaced the blown bulb with a new one that I received this week. Oh! It worked! But now I can't help but ask myself: but for how long? I am very disappointed in the buyer of this product. Any savings I made on this six pack was gone immediately as the bulb went out.
