I like that it's easy to book my freight from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand, with no need of any agent service! The rates are fair but there can sometimes be lag times between when you've booked your shipment & picked up goods at destination which isn't good (but could just be how long these things take).

Not much really - other than maybe some minor bugs heren'there? Nothing major as far as i'm aware though everything has been very smooth sofar :) We use chaincargowhen transporting our products internationally using pallet shipping services/covershopping boxes around Europe via truckload etc.. The ease of use, customer service support - nothing!
