
I had the cable in the original packaging about 3 days before I plugged it in. cord worked. I did all the work of shutting everything down and rebooting before calling my ISP and that didn't help much either so I called Revane on the tech support phone about 5 minutes later and he said I'll refund you the cost of the purchases and you can toss the cable in the trash I don't need it there were all sorts of problems with a third party company they bought it from us and refunded me the money I'll think about it if they know they have a problem have with the supplier when this is said why do you keep sealing the product for the consumer and wasting my time buying it and waiting for it only to find out it doesn't work seems like a huge waste of time for me and for them to be if they know the product and there sealing and disposal issues are not good to begin with so i would do your homework be Before you spend the better part of two days trying to figure out why it isn't working when it could have been avoided entirely and for your good and peace of mind I do not recommend you purchase this or any other product from this company. have a nice day.
