A very good rack for the price. Although the tray is a little flimsy it doesn't matter to the overall stability of the rack as the clamps on the forks are so secure and strong. The big problem, however, is that the bolts that attach the front fork mounts are too long and can poke through the factory roof rack, damaging it. Also, the platform that mounts the fork mount isn't solid metal, it's a stamped medallion, and the edges can also dig in and damage the factory frame. I solved these problems by cutting a piece of plastic to fit the base of the fork mount (I had to drill holes in the plastic to fit it on the mounting platform) and then adding a layer of rubber from an old floor mat between the fork- Mounting platform and the factory roof rack so that the bolts and sides of the mounting platform do not damage the factory roof rack. It took quite a bit of effort to change stance this way and it's a little ugly, but it fixed the problem. would suggest that the manufacturer insert a piece of plastic or rubber into the front fork assembly diagram to solve this problem.
