The first case I received had visible cosmetic damage: there was a large chip on the plastic of the front camera cutout and the bottom corner of the hard rubber on it was worn . This didn't detract from the phone in any way, but it did hurt the eye. I contacted the seller about the problem and he quickly offered to send me a new one or get a refund. I asked for a replacement and was told I didn't have to ship the old one to avoid the hassle. Really great customer service from them. My replacement just arrived and had cosmetic damage in addition to the camera cutout. Not that bad, but still there. Additionally, when I put the case on, I had a feeling that the front plastic frame was about to snap in half, so I had to be extra careful when attaching the case to my OnePlus. It's a really nice case, but it suffers from quality control and it's cheaply made. I wouldn't trust this to protect my phone from a hard fall.
