Review on Portable Laptop Stand by Michael Mendoza

Revainrating 5 out of 5

To be honest I didn't think it would work.

Having an old laptop, I know that airflow is an issue on my model, so sometimes it's nice to have a grip. But it saves you the hassle that usually comes with using books or a notepad. This stand did not convince me at first. I was hoping the legs would be as rigid as the top, with an armrest to keep them in line, but once the laptop presses against the stand it turns out you don't need it. Just keep an eye on the small stands, even as you set up the stand, put your laptop down and have instant airflow with no hassles or worries. I was also concerned that the two clamps that help balance the laptop would interfere with typing, which didn't bother me either. The clips were closer to the mouse area, and since I use a wireless mouse at home anyway, I never had to put my wrists in the area next to the clips to keep the laptop in place. In fact, I haven't backed up my laptop that far yet. since the stand can move, I didn't need a device to do it. I like to keep most of my laptop as neutral as possible since I will be working with a keyboard. I don't recommend just leaving your laptop on a laptop stand unless you have your laptop on a solid surface (desk) for example. I will definitely take the stand with me when I travel so I have more space when I check the recommendations. I would not send the device to school for anyone under the age of ten, children can get their fingers caught, the moving parts are smooth-running. and move with little effort if you're not careful. I wasn't a big fan of the tote bag, but this is an easy fix by visiting my local fabric store. The sleeve itself is nice though, snug fitting, doesn't stretch out over the stand and keeps the stand small enough to fit in the side pockets of my travel backpack. Again, I didn't think this device would work, but it does. Hold it on a hard surface (table) and your laptop will be fine.
