Faulty switches are a HUGE HAZARD

Best extension cord I've had all week. The internal switch for an outlet is stuck in the on position and I cannot control it. THEN I heard all the switches go off and the WiFi stopped working. Outlet #2 is always on. If I didn't have a backup it could have ruined my whole aquarium. It can also cause a fire or electric shock if the heaters rupture because they don't turn off during a water change. MAJOR SECURITY HAZARD.
