Metal part seems to be of good quality. It's light and the elastics are keeping my cards nice and tight. One complaint I would have is the cash elastic part. This is probably because of the smooth feel of the metal but I have noticed that any cash I put in slides off rather easily. The physics of the elastic band is just not quite right to hold the cash properly. But hey, that's a small gripe and probably a good thing to discourage me from carrying to much cash, no one really does that now-a-days anyways. And it's definitely worth it to have a smaller "wallet" to carry around. So nice.I do hope that the elastics will last. I'm going to be rather disappointed if the elastics just end up loose after a year or two, which tends to happen when you keep anything elastic stretched out for extended periods of time, because. physics. but I am hopeful that I'd be able to replace them when that time comes.
