Great lip balm but be aware it doesn't have SPF.

This is my wife's account but my husband's review. I went skiing at Winter Park 2 years ago and found I needed a lip balm before loading the chair onto the base with friends. I rushed to the nearest store and found melem at the counter. The price confused me a bit, but I was at a ski resort and needed something urgently, so I settled on this unfamiliar lip balm. The counter clerk said it was good. I shared it with one of my skiing friends who also gave a great review. After returning home, my wife tried it and praised it. This is really good stuff. I think it's better than my old replacement Aquaphor and as a bonus it smells really nice. this is money After searching it became clear we wouldn't be able to find these items outside of Winter Park so my wife found them here at Revain and ordered a 6 pack which lasted over a year. Caution. I've just come back from a ski trip with a melem in my jacket pocket as always. This trip was at very high altitude and 4 of the 6 days we were there were very sunny. My lips are completely burned/blistered. I didn't think about SPF with this product, dumbass. I quickly realized it wasn't (like Aquaphora). Obviously that's not Melem's accusation, just my own stupidity. This is a fantastic product but if you need sun protection use a different product while out in the sun and then apply melem.
