Good basic stool - play and lounge furniture
Seems to hold some weight as I have 300 lb overweight people who use them regularly. Please note that the piston has a significant force. So kids under 50 pounds can't lower these stools, in fact it will undoubtedly lift them into the air; Watch out for those little knees under the tabletop.
