I've been using Optimum Nutrition for a long time and only chose this one because it was only $10 (£4) at Kart Mart. I can't tell how much muscle mass it added for me or how all the other supplements are contributing to my training (creatine/amino acids); I can only say something about the taste. I have strawberry and I recommend avoiding it. I don't drink protein shakes for the taste (I always choose ON Natural just because it doesn't have any artificial ingredients, I don't mind the lack of taste); I only drink them to hit my macros. As long as the protein shake doesn't make me sick or vomit (Body Fortress) I will use it. The strawberry flavor of this drink won't make you vomit, but it's just not something I'd pay money for on a regular basis, even on sale. but they could do something with the strawberry flavor, make it tastier. Maybe it's just me - maybe you like it. Try the smallest pitcher if you're feeling adventurous. I give 3 stars to be fair. Please remember that I am only commenting on the taste of one flavor. Who knows, maybe I'd give chocolate a 5. The protein powder itself has never caused me any gastrointestinal issues or side effects. I will update the review if this is the case. At the moment I prefer ON, although the prices have gone up.
