Easy 1-minute setup and you're ready to play.

My daughter just joined HS and joined the volleyball team. She had never played before so I started looking for exercise equipment that would help her improve her game. After tons of research I settled on this set and she loves it! It's very easy to set up in under a minute and she uses it when I'm at work and can't play with her. The length is adjustable so you can adjust it according to your height and strength. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend more time training and not constantly chasing the ball. PS The bracelet and backpack are an extra plus! Amazing and well done.,
