Review on Under Armour Outerwear Scrambler X Large Men's Clothing for Active by Corey Soto

01/07/19. Tested in the rain for the first time - my shirt and everything in my pockets including my phone (!) got wet. Big disappointment. There is no water repellency here as advertised. (Original review, purchased 11/2018). I love this coat. It's lightweight and maintains the 'ambient' temperature of the outside air, meaning it won't overheat in the sun and protects against the cold and wind on dawn runs without overheating. The pockets are great too - the front left chest pocket is perfect for a phone without having to fiddle around. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only because I didn't test it in a rainstorm (I live in Southern California, please rain soon!)
