I am 5'7" and 160lbs and had been trying to trim down for a wedding and just wasn't quite where I wanted to be for a dress that fit, but was a tad lumpy. This fits pretty much as expected and smoothed out what needed to be, but won't make any miraculous changes, ladies. If you need just a little bit of shaping, it'll do the trick, but it's not gonna knock off ten pounds. I can see what the others were saying about the bottom band being tight, but I have pretty big thighs and did not find the band uncomfortable or a problem--moreover, it keeps the bottom from riding up.
- Not for C-cup and higher but you can still use with a bra...okay
