They don't hold any liquid or leak
I bought these to use with tie dye and was very disappointed when I couldn't even shake the powders with water without the dye coming out of the strands came out screw cap . When I used it for my tie-dye projects, it dripped color where I didn't want to dye. These bottles required a taller thread or a narrower neck to be used for tie dye. I suppose they could handle a more viscous liquid but I wouldn't buy them again or trust them to do anything else and leave them in my recycling.
