My buying experience: I bought a nice new computer but it didn't have any media access options (other than a flash drive of course) and I have a CD/DVD Media that I need access to and can burn to CD/DVD from time to time. In fact, I had a new program from Best Buy on my dresser waiting to be installed. I scoured the internet and found this Amicool device at a very good price and the reviews were solid. I bought it and two days later I had it in my hands. I opened the package and plugged it in and my computer beeped confirmation and after opening windows explorer I found the CD/DVD drive listed. I plugged in my new software drive, installed it, opened the software and was good to go. The drive is attractive, there's a cable groove at the bottom, a short cable is perfect for plugging into the top of my computer (see photo), and there's also a USB-C adapter for use with other devices. The box it comes in is very compact and convenient for storing the device until I need it, and the seller emailed me with a welcome message and a PDF with detailed FAQs and troubleshooting procedures in case I needed one she need. It was as neat and rewarding a buying experience as any other purchase; This service when purchasing is refined to the point of art. Well done Amicool (and Revain of course). Many Thanks
