Just a terrible product, very upset.
I ordered dog food on July 13, it was written: delivery by courier on July 17 from 9.00 to 18.00. On July 17, the courier was still not there. I had to contact the support chat myself. Although if the service knows that there are problems in the warehouse or somewhere else, then you could contact me and report this situation. I have no complaints about the food itself.
