My wife found a similar flashlight on Way***r. The other light fixture had a nickel ceiling cap (which we didn't like) and was slightly larger. This light is about half the price. We put in an Edison style bulb and they look great. Most importantly, my wife loves her. They are installed in our new house above the kitchen island and I have attached the picture. Pros: - The light was easy to install and very good quality. - The chain and wire were more than enough long. Should be fine for much higher ceilings than ours. I had to shorten it by about 2 feet and we have 10 foot blankets. The wire that runs through the chain is strong and of good quality. I have had many flashlights with very thin, poor quality cords. All devices are of very good quality and are included. There is a connecting link at each end of the chain. Some light sources are of lower quality. I had you bend the connection to connect each end, which often resulted in the connection being scratched. Cons: - Instructions are not very detailed or well written. However, if you want more details on this, this might not be the DIY project for you. If you already have ceiling lights installed, it's easy.
