overall a relatively inexpensive, must have item (this or others like it) if you need knee support like I do these days while using the elliptical or running outside . main issue with this item is that it lacks an inner sewed sleeve, like silk or similar material, to prevent chaffing an irritation from prolonged use behind your knee (soft, meaty area where your knee bends) . only way to get around it is to wear this over workout tights which I don't always like wearing .
