Review on Dometic Duo Therm RV Air Conditioner Shroud: Revamp your Old Style with ICON Brisk Air by Steve Waldbillig

I recently bought a used 2000 Coachmen motorhome with Dometic Duo Therm air conditioning. The case was so old that it cracked wherever I pushed it. Worse, the heat dissipation fins on the back were completely unprotected by the old fairing and I had to spend several hours there with a putty knife to gently straighten about 2/3 of it. So, I LOVE that the new sheathing now protects the area and I (hopefully) never have to do it again! Installing the new fairing was as easy as removing the old one and screwing on the new one. It fit perfectly and all the holes matched except the last one on the front. BUT then I realized that by pushing down on the bottom front edge of the cover, the front of the cover flexed a bit more, and the last screw went in really well too, resulting in no play or extra holes! Great design guys and appears to be of good quality. I think only time will tell how durable it is.
