Easy-to Use Software for Remote Repair Order Management

The software is very intuitive to use with all functions clearly defined in an easy way to understand. It's also possible to create your own templates allowing you to customize every aspect according to our needs. You can easily export reports that are used both internally or externally (customers). I think they should add more fields such as equipment model/series, serial number etc.. so we could make better exports from this tool. We have solved problems related to documenting work orders received at customer sites where technicians perform repairs under contract services agreements between us and customers.
