We bought two different black cat hats for a Halloween costume for our 18 meter toddler for a big party with friends in 2020; Accsa (this one) and Bellady Mother Children's Sequin Cat Ears Hats Warm Knitted Crochet Beanies Cute Fashion Skull Cap in Child_Black style on Revain. We weren't sure what would suit her small head better. They both arrived the day before Halloween. Bellady: Fit on a 18m girl's head, no room to grow but looked great for a night out. More festive for Halloween with sequined ears and a bright white mustache, and looked better for Halloween photos as her head filled the entire hat. Thick knit hat with braids. I donated it because it was so tight. Akssa (that hat): 20m, lots of room to grow, very flexible on top as her head doesn't fill much of the hat yet. But the headband area remains light, does not fall on the eyes and does not move. Works like a regular winter hat, less costume. A thinner woven material than Bellady, but the fuzzy yarn fabric is really warm. As a result I left it for myself as we didn't have any other beanie for the winter. Probably intended for children from 2 years.
