As can be seen in the photo, the fitting was defective - some material was welded to the grooves on the head of one of the screws, making it unusable. The seller (not the manufacturer as far as I can tell) tried to solve this problem as soon as possible. Not only did they send me replacement hardware, but they also confirmed that they had contacted the manufacturer at my request and asked them to supply more than the minimum number of screws and anchors so that no one else had the delay I was experiencing faced was hanging baskets. . Finally, adding a few "backup" screws/anchors is pretty cheap. My baskets are hanging now. The product is beautiful and well made and in fact I have just ordered a second set. During this Covid time I shop MUCH less often and buy MUCH more groceries when I do so I need more creative storage solutions. These help!
