This is a great product, not exactly what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised. It is regulated but be prepared that it is very long! Therefore, when hanging the lamp, hang it close to the ceiling. It's adjustable and it's great that you can customize the spacing between the baskets as you like. The chain is long enough to work.

The screws were terrible and broke very easily. Baskets, no matter how much I fiddled with them, the hooks weren't quite straight. It was a struggle to keep it from twisting, with four chains crumpled together at the top. Unfortunately I waited too long to open them up and try to install them as I'm now stuck with them (I bought two sets, both equally bad) that I can't return anymore. Waste of money, time and energy trying to use them.

Very good upgrade to save space. It took some time to install and align all the baskets and chains but the result was very good. We are very happy with the end result. I attached ours to the ceiling with a much smaller 'swag hook' as we had a good spot for it and were trying to hang it above the counter. This made using the included wall hook impractical, but it worked very well. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of getting one of these. It took a lot longer to assemble than we thought it

As can be seen in the photo, the fitting was defective - some material was welded to the grooves on the head of one of the screws, making it unusable. The seller (not the manufacturer as far as I can tell) tried to solve this problem as soon as possible.
