Very good upgrade to save space. It took some time to install and align all the baskets and chains but the result was very good. We are very happy with the end result. I attached ours to the ceiling with a much smaller 'swag hook' as we had a good spot for it and were trying to hang it above the counter. This made using the included wall hook impractical, but it worked very well. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of getting one of these. It took a lot longer to assemble than we thought it would, but when we bought it with a hook instead of the wall hook that came with it, it turned out beautifully. We are very happy with it. We will use the wall hook for another purpose. So please don't think that we didn't like that part. It simply made the setting too low.
