Today I received two pairs for my boys aged 6 and 8. The boys are both slightly larger and one is usually a size 7 and the other an 8. I ordered them a size down as per the reviews recommended. When the guys tried them on today, the legs were too long (3-4 inches) and the waist, even when completely relaxed, was too tight. My kids are pretty skinny, so this combination came as a surprise to me. Sent both pairs back and looked for something else. Too bad - otherwise they felt warm and durable for the price.
