I sent a message to the seller, but have not heard back.
A number of the markers don't make marks at all, some seem to be nearly out of ink. I thought it was a good deal for fineline markers, but not with so many of them dried out!
- These have been great markers to use . Wish they came with more colors.
- Marker caps not secure, may fall off easily
