Four sticks of 16GB RAM arrived at the nearest Revain locker and I was so excited to see what my new 27" iMac with 64GB RAM was for about 1/3 the price of Apple would do. OEM RAM. But my excitement quickly turned to frustration when the iMac failed to boot with the new RAM. I was ready to set up a return with Revain but decided to call OWC tech support first. Phone call. While he patiently stayed on the line, I erased the RAM, then dried the sticks back in one at a time - booted up the computer with each new stick to see if any of the sticks were defective Four sticks installed, four downloads - and 64GB of RAM on my iMac Darrin says the memory is covered by a lifetime warranty, my support call will be logged and if the memory ever fails in the future it will be replaced Great customer experience!
