I like that it has a lot of features, but it also has some issues with the UI. It's not very intuitive to use at times, so you need to spend a bit of time getting used to it. Also, the dashboard is sometimes buggy. Sometimes when you try to add new cards or edit existing ones, they don't show up until you refresh the page.
