Style and sound are comparable to Sony headphones.

***UPDATE*** 1 year later they are still intact and working great. Two first graders didn't break a single pair. TO WIN! Compared to my $20 Sony headphones, the build quality seems to be the same. Light color, interesting silicone coating of the cable and comfortable ear pads. We bought these for a kids computer lab to keep in a zip bag at school between uses. Would buy again.
