REMOVING THE WATER LINE 101

I really like this shower but I got 4 stars for the lack of water pressure. However, I took the advice of previous buyers and removed the water restrictors to increase the water pressure. I really thought "I can't do this right" but I actually did and WOW what's the difference! The instructions posted were a little confusing so thought I'd add photos of what the LIMITERS look like so you know what I'm talking about. One is on the connector that goes to the shower pipe and the other is on the shower head itself. I honestly forgot where it came from, but once you open it you can find out. On the first one I made: the one that looks like a plus sign in a circle. You just take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull it out, it was easy. There will be a little metal star like that coming out too. Simply remove these parts, put back the rubber washer and you're good to go. Now the OTHER was a bit more difficult. I took the needle nose pliers and pulled a little. First you need to make the holes big enough so that you can insert the end of a flat nut, wiggle it, and then pull it out. Plug the washing machine back in and you're done. Put it back in the shower and you'll find that the water pressure is much greater. I didn't bother with the detachable head as I don't really need it so you'll have to check someone's post on that. Hope that helps! (And I hope. I won't have any trouble posting this ;})
