I use this to separate the light over my table and the rest of my large dining area which are on the same circuit. I typically just leave the actual switch in the "on" position always and just use Alexa voice recognition to turn the lights off and on. Using two of these on a ceiling fan is a great way to separate the fan and the light on a ceiling fan, easily allowing you to turn on just the fan, just the light, or create a group on Alexa allowing you to activate both with a single voice command. Absolutely seamless Alexa integration, and during the past year+ I have had it installed, it has never lost connection or had to be reset. I just ordered 4 more and will continue to utilize this product everywhere that I see a chance to. And for the price, you can NOT beat it! If you are able to navigate Alexa and add products to your Alexa system, you will set this up with ease. Just follow the easy to understand instructions! With so many products today coming from China, and people who obviously don't speak good English writing the instructions, its nice to find a product with instructions who aren't written by a guy that is probably sitting there wondering about what is the best way to cook a cat! 🤣
