Review on Puppia Authentic Jumper Raincoat Large by Mark Scoggins

I ordered this for my Rotti and was looking forward to it. After receiving it a little over an hour ago I immediately tried it on my Rottie but found that there is no - NO - opening "under the hood" (they really meant "flap"), to let the leash through the presence of these features are indicated in the product description. I would not have ordered it if I had known that there is in fact no line hole. I am very disappointed and upset. Returning it would mean a lot of trouble for me, so that's about sixty bucks down the drain. UPDATE: My Rottie is 35" but the coat was too tight on his chest although 5XL should fit 38" dogs. Also, I couldn't close the bottom with string and stoppers; there were too few. It seems that this coat is intended for dogs with a severely tucked-up belly; The fact that it was tight in the chest when it should have been a little loose suggests that either the manufacturers created the design for alien canine species, or the manufacturer's employees at the manufacturing site got their measurements wrong. On the plus side, the material used is really good - it feels soft. CONSOLATION: Revain generously asked me to throw it away and promised a full refund.
