I am writing a review for a hairbrush. Looks silly doesn't it? All combs are the same, right? Not right. Using a Kent Comb is similar to the difference between using a Bic pen and a Mont Blanc fountain pen. They'll both get the job done, but they're not the same. First you take it out of the box and the weight surprises you, it's not heavy but it has a weight you didn't expect. Admire the quality of the materials. Looking at it, you can tell it's handmade and handcrafted, but not in a bad way. The lack of mold lines and total lack of a seam is a smile. Then run the comb through your beard and mustache and feel like a hot butter knife through butter. It doesn't scratch or bite the skin, more like a massage than a comb. You put the comb in your pocket, proud of yourself. Finally, you head over to your bedside table and grab two cheap Ace combs you bought at your local department store before thinking twice and tossing them in the bin. You are now Kent Man. They order two more, just like that.
