Was skeptical of other reviews that said they didn't last long. I've been an auto and truck technician for 22 years now, so I just assumed it was a common misinstallation at customer sites. No, it's not the installer's fault. Oilers are missing and were probably not lubricated during manufacture. Both sides are already screaming. 2016 Ford factory parts reinstalled. My professional recommendation is to never use an unlubricated suspension component unless you want premature failure. I knew better. I'm sorry I gave them a chance. Dear manufacturer, have you ever heard of grease? Prevents wear!
