This is a review of the older model: MD2462 With a totally unfortunate circular disc mount. I installed this on the back of a 21"32" 22 ibs monitor. The mounting screws for the TV mount have been stripped, as others have noted. My main issue was the mounting hardware, which is shaped like a round disc. This allows the screen to physically move clockwise or counterclockwise from landscape to portrait. Or in my case, as in others, the screen just flips over under its own weight. No amount of tightening will keep it in place as shown in the video. I had to go back. Customer support was immediately available and quickly recommended a new model that appeared to have been designed without this design flaw. Save time and money and skip this model!
