Great but runs small

I was specifically looking for boys underwear with elastane. They fit the bill, plus they have cute patterns and a good price. BUT they are absolutely tiny. My almost 6 year old is quite slim, especially around the waist and legs. I ordered the small (4-6) as it falls right in the middle of these sizes. But this underwear ONLY suits him. I will order more but will definitely increase the size.
