Review on See-Through Cosmetic Container Applicators for Perfect Eyelashes by Ashley Rice

I gave this product a solid 4 stars because it is surprisingly well made and serves its purpose. But: DO NOT TURN THE KNOB BEFORE FILLING! I know the product comes with instructions, but I wish they had mentioned this notice earlier on the top of the box rather than the bottom. I made the mistake of rotating it, thinking it might reset, but it wasn't. I know several reviewers mentioned that it can be opened, reset and recharged, so I agreed with what they said. I went to YouTube to find some videos showing how to charge this product. While it worked for YouTube users and reviewers, the tip of this pen didn't open. I've tried rubber gloves and shelf handles, and after tugging and tugging, the cap won't disengage from the top of the handle. I gave up and wasted one so had to throw it away. I have successfully filled one and used it with my oil last night with no leaks or problems so far. But I will not buy this product again. I think I just dip the brush in oil and use it because while $5-6 isn't that bad for a 5 pack, throwing it away after one use is very wasteful considering how little each one does holding pen.
