I took the advice of another reviewer and bought this jacket a size up (large) which fits me perfectly, even with a clim mid layer underneath. I really like the colors and the length is great, but the material is definitely not waterproof. I'll take another reviewer's recommendation and spray them with a waterproofing spray and hopefully that will fix the problem. Also, the material is obviously not as durable as Gore-Tex (didn't expect it for the price), but it's still a good jacket for hiking or as a top layer for snow tubing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, etc. Winter sports.
